IMT provides the full monitoring for the maintenance process and allow the banks and vendors to track the terminal from the beginning (Stores) till the moment. IMT gives the Banks the options to create the vendors, Merchants and stores for the existing and new terminals, also it gives the Banks a dashboard to track the maintenance process for the defective terminals and the Banks can print the terminals logs and reports for all the history of each terminal. IMT allow the Merchants and Banks to create a ticket for the defective terminals and Banks can assign this ticket for any vendors registered. IMT allows the technicians to update the maintenance process after the fixing which will change the tickets status.
